What The CEO Of Twitter Has To Say About The App’s New Name, “X”

Twitter

In the previous nine months or so, Twitter as we once know it has undergone numerous modifications. It has been a very wild ride ever since Elon Musk entered Twitter’s San Francisco headquarters carrying a sink. Although Musk made numerous significant modifications, changing the company’s name to X was the biggest. The CEO of Twitter, Linda Yaccarino, has commented on Twitter’s rebranding as X.

Twitter made a major impression and now has another opportunity to do so, according to a sequence of tweets from Yaccarino. “Getting another chance to leave a lasting impression is incredibly uncommon, whether in life or in business. We no longer converse in the same way thanks to Twitter.

She also made a statement about what X will be about. “X will alter the global town square even further. The state of unrestricted interaction known as X will be centred on audio, video, messaging, payments, and banking, opening up a world market for opportunities, ideas, and products.

The new Twitter CEO also made a suggestion that AI will be important in X. “X, powered by AI, will connect us all in ways that are still in their infancy. Fans and detractors alike have pushed Twitter for years to dream bigger, innovate more quickly, and realize our immense potential. X will accomplish that and more.

The “everything app”

Yaccarino also made a suggestion in her tweets that the tilt towards X has been happening over the past eight months. “Through our frequent feature launches over the past eight months, we’ve already begun to see X take shape, but we’re only getting started. This metamorphosis has no boundaries at all. The platform that can deliver, well, everything will be called X.

Together with Musk, Yaccarino added that they are “looking forward to working with our teams and every single one of our partners to bring X to the world.”
