Samsung India has opened its largest Premium Experience Store in Gujarat at the Palladium Mall in Ahmedabad. The store will provide innovative technology experiences to city residents. Consumers can experience Samsung’s entire product line, including smartphones, laptops, music, games, and lifestyle televisions, at the new store, which is powered by Samsung’s connected ecosystem SmartThings.
“We are thrilled to be launching our next-generation Premium Experience Store in Ahmedabad.” “We have tailored unique experiences for Gen Z consumers through zones such as Samsung SmartThings and Gaming & Creativity,” said Sumit Walia, Senior Director, Samsung India.
The store will conduct a range of Galaxy workshops for customers as part of the ‘Learn at Samsung’ program. This will include free hands-on classes centred on consumer interests including digital art, doodling, photography, videography, and fitness.
The store, which spans 3,500 square feet, will also feature a variety of leisure activities, with a special emphasis on local culture, music, and art.
“We will also host ‘Learn @ Samsung’ workshops to engage our young consumers through their passion points.” “These workshops will cover a wide range of consumer interests, including digital art, doodling, photography, videography, fitness, and music,” Walia noted.
Customers who visit the store within the first week of its launch will receive guaranteed gifts on purchases of Rs 20,000 and above, 2X loyalty points, and Galaxy Buds2 for Rs 2,999 on select Samsung products, according to the South Korean business.
Furthermore, users may take advantage of always-on special offers such as student discounts of up to 10% on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches, cashback of up to Rs 8,000 on certain gadgets, and up to Rs 21,000 in additional perks.
The newly opened store provides a next-generation experience for Samsung products, as well as a one-of-a-kind experience for youthful gaming aficionados, with a dedicated gaming zone showcasing a premium variety of smart displays.
Using a digital Kiosk, users will be able to browse Samsung items with over 1,200 selections across its portfolio, whether offered online or in-store. Customers can now order things from the store online and have them delivered directly to their homes.
They can also use the store to get access to Samsung’s digital lending platform Samsung Finance+ and Samsung’s device care plan Samsung Care+ for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and wearables.
Customers who visit the store will also be able to get after-sales support for their cellphones and schedule service calls for their consumer electronics devices from the comfort of their own homes.
